Meridian Integrative Wellness is an integrative health clinic with locations in Jacksonville, FL (Southside / Baymeadows) and Orange Park, FL (Kingsley Ave). The practice combines chiropractic care, functional medicine, and advanced therapeutic modalities under one roof — serving patients across Duval and Clay counties in northeast Florida.

We operate under an integrative model: rather than treating isolated symptoms, providers evaluate the full clinical picture — musculoskeletal, hormonal, gastrointestinal, and neurological — to identify and address root causes. This distinguishes us from conventional chiropractic offices that focus exclusively on spinal adjustment.

Meridian has treated more than 13,000 patients across both locations and holds a 4.9-star Google rating. We accept Medicare, most major commercial insurance plans, auto / PIP, and HSA / FSA accounts.

When a patient presents with back pain, fatigue, or digestive problems, the clinical question is not “which medication manages this?” — it is “what is causing this, and what does the body need to resolve it?”

That requires a different diagnostic standard. We use advanced functional testing — DUTCH dried-urine hormone panels, organic acid testing, and bloodwork — to surface root causes that standard labs frequently miss. Treatment is then built around those findings, not a standardized protocol.

Many conditions that present as musculoskeletal — widespread pain, fatigue, poor recovery — have hormonal, metabolic, or gastrointestinal drivers. Addressing only the structural component leaves those patients with partial results. Meridian is designed to address both, simultaneously.
