What to Bring to Your First Visit
- Photo ID (driver's license or state ID)
- Insurance card (front and back)
- List of current medications and supplements
- Any recent imaging (X-rays, MRI) on disc or digital copy
- Referral paperwork if your insurance requires one
- Auto accident or workers' comp claim information (if applicable)
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Plan for about 45 minutes to an hour. Your first visit is thorough -- we don't rush it.
Intake Forms
Complete your paperwork online before you arrive -- or fill it out in the office. Either way, it covers your health history, current symptoms, medications, and goals. The more detail you provide, the better your first visit will be.
Consultation
Your provider sits down with you for a real conversation. Not a 5-minute speed round. We go through your history, your symptoms, what you've tried, and what you're hoping to fix. This is where we start building the plan.
Examination
A thorough hands-on exam -- orthopedic testing, neurological screening, posture and movement analysis. If imaging is needed, we'll discuss that too. Everything is explained as we go. No surprises.
Treatment Plan
Before you leave, you'll know what's going on, what we recommend, how long it should take, and what it'll cost. Clear answers. No pressure. Many patients also receive their first treatment on day one.

Cancellation Policy
We ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another patient who needs care. We understand life happens -- just give us a call.
